With the launch of the International Sales Management Academy in Düsseldorf, Esprit aims to develop a strong international sales force. The members of the Sales Management Academy will distinguish themselves by their unconventional and innovative ideas, their charismatic and assertive appearance and their , their charismatic and assertive appearance and their profound knowledge.

In a 18 month rotating program you will experience both, our european showrooms and our global Headqauters. Moreover you will get a deep insight into the different wholesale areas including women, men and lifestyle and put a focus on building a strong partner base. You will develop fast and take over responsibility from day one.

We enable you to develop into a strong leader with a broad range of know-how through variety of methods and personality trainings. You will not only go through a Sales Bootcamp, which will equip you with all soft and hard skills, but you will also improve your performances and your time management by training with top coaches.  Fashion deep dives and personality training complement your skills.  

In order to enhance your growth, we allocate you with an executive who will provide you with hands-on support as your coach and we make sure that you are in regular contact with our management. They will not only help you to understand our corporate culture and the sense behind our actions, but also exchange information on a regular base with you. We believe that your visionary thinking, your questions and opinions will enrich our company.

The idea of the Sales Academy program is to train candidates in the best possible way so they may join us at Esprit afterwards. If you are willing to make the difference and demonstrate yourself as a Sales Master, we will gladly welcome you on the team!
