The Stockroom Associate brings phenomenal planning and organizational skills to the table in order to guarantee optimal structure in the Warehouse and Store. This role requires close attention to detail, the ability to conduct moderate to heavy physical labor as well as strong organizational skills to ensure that operations are always running smoothly. The goal is to make sure all items are in stock so our customers have a pleasant shopping experience. Capturing the imagination and attention of shoppers, both inside and outside of our Stores, is the job of the Visual Merchandiser. In this role, you will use your Design skills to help promote the Store’s image, products and services by optimizing the aesthetic appeal of the Store. This position requires a knack for recognizing the needs of each specific location and organizing the visual material in the Store to increase revenue. Your flair for Design will come in handy to promote Esprit’s products, brand and image by creating eye-catching displays using visual and graphic elements along with optimal lighting. You have excellent people skills, an understanding of customer service and an ability to juggle multiple tasks when things get busy. A keen eye for Store tidiness and presentation are key to this position and should come natural to you. Displaying items, taking care of customer or employee questions, advising customers on their purchases, overseeing deliveries, making sure sales targets are met, and managing and motivating staff are all part of your daily protocol as Floor Manager.
