Your Tasks

• Develop relationships with cross functional peers across Sourcing, Design, Product Development and Planning
• Support the pre-season planning process
• Review business performance weekly with all KPIs
• Organize the sample meetings for product walk thru with all partners in all regions
• Support in the management of the seasonal Go To Market product calendar
• Manage System data entry and data maintenance of Purchase Orders
• Participate in the development of the database and tools
• Ensuring a timely availability of samples by monitoring status and aligning with stakeholders involved in the process
• Owning full end-to-end seasonal sample processes from order placement to sample keeping to delivery to end locations
• Ensuring a continuous update of the Sample Delivery Status by tracking changes
• Support the manager in operational implementation of solutions, processes and improvements with the teams involved
• Coordinate and support administration duties relating to merchandising for the Merchandising team
• Collaborate cross functionally to resolve exception and operational issues

Your skills

• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and have the motivation to drive innovative ideas forward with thinking outside the box
• You intrinsically motivated and can work independent and solution- and result oriented
• You are eager to learn and open to using new methods, you work transparent and can provide and receive crisiticm and build on the ideas of others
• You are a team player, empathic and have excellent communication skills in English
