Your responsibilities

• Report into Director of Denim Sourcing & Product development
• Is responsible for follow up and keeping a clear overview on the development & production process from sketch to finished product.
• Key focus on that price & quality standard are successfully met in all steps of the process
• Responsible for managing the T&A and making sure that product is in time for all key deadlines  
• Is working closely with cross-functional partners in design & wash, tech, merch and operations teams to ensure all KPI’s are fulfilled.
• Working closely with fabric&wash team on new fabric developments and innovations. 
• Key contact point for agents and suppliers 
• Have experience in PDM/PLM/SAP or other product management systems 
• Have experience working in Microsoft office 

Your Profile

You

• Have minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a in a similar role in denim product development and production
• Have a good understanding of denim fabrics and washes. 
• Are used to play an active role in the fitting and garment approval process
• Are used to handling price negotiations and have an understanding for the price buildup of a product
• Are used to managing calendar deadlines

• Are a person with a positive mindset
• Are passionate about denim product and the fashion business   
• Are solution and result oriented and used to work independently.  
• Are strong in building and maintaining relationship and thrive in an international environment  
• Have strong communication skills and used to English in writing and speech
