Product Owner Supply Chain (m/f/d)

At Esprit, we are a team of product owners and solution engineers contributing to the omnichannel commerce strategy by building a tech fashion brand with a highly personalized customer experience. We are looking for a product owner to support our SAP supply chain Team, with a  focus on logistics-related topics, who will continuously improve our SAP Landscapes and implement a wide variety of projects in close coordination with the business departments. In this role, you will work on a functional basis and, together with the development team and the business experts, you will advance topics from the conceptual design to the go-live implementation. 

Your responsibilities: 

• You will be responsible for adaptions of owned system and all changes and optimization to improve experience, process, business value or comply legal obligations (amongst others) 

• You will take care of the organizational cooperation and -  if necessary - project or sub-project management of IT Projects  

• You are going to work on the implementation of customer-specific adjustments (e.g. Customizing or configuration) and preferably (smaller) programming in close collaboration with SAP DEV OPS Team 

• The creation of test plans based on IT change management guidelines and organization or implementation of tests of the configurations performed will be in your hands

• You are going to perform 2nd and 3rd level support to assure the productive operation of the assigned applications and IT systems 

• You take care of the documentation of changes to ensure traceability of customizations to keep software maintainable  

Your profile:

• Completed studies in computer or natural sciences or comparable training, each with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience 
• Solid knowledge of sap-related supply chain processes with focus on sourcing and logistics 
• Knowledge of IT project and service methodologies 
• Very good command of spoken and written English. Preferably basic knowledge of spoken German  
• Microsoft Office user knowledge 
• Solid knowledge on SAP ERP solutions including SD & MM Modules 
• Ability to understand and grasp concepts 
• Well-developed analytical ability
