Senior Manager Audience Growth (m/f/d)

As a Senior Manager Audience Growth (Performance Marketing), you work with a team consisting out of paid media managers and you report into the Director Consumer Strategy & Audience Growth. You also work closely with other members of the organization, including sales, marketing, analytics and digital product.

Your tasks

• You will be driving the success of performance marketing campaigns and projects.
• You will be working with a team of performance marketing professionals to achieve these goals.
• You have to look for synergies that can be gained from personas build within the loyalty program.
• You are identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation.

Your skills

• You'll be the performance marketing strategy expert with a consistent track record in this space (preferably in luxury or retail industry).
• You bring expertise in improving performance marketing metrices and driving traffic most optimally.
• You are known for effectively communicating your vision and on driving alignment and accountability with partners across complex and ambitious topics.
• You are able to work at the same time on a longer-term strategic vision while at the same time on the detail of bringing to life an impactful performance
• marketing to life on a day-to-day basis that supports the strategic priorities and ensures reaching KPI targets.
• You are known for adopting and leading change and encouraging innovation within the team.
• You have strong analytical skills.
