As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing a Store Team and thereby ensuring an exceptional shopping experience to our customers in our store in Emporia, Sweden. You'll play a pivotal role in representing our cool global brand and to supervise and manage that all processes are followed so the store runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Ensure the best "consumer experience" in your store by focusing on how to create the best possible sales people and operational processes.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on the latest trends and product offerings. Tell customers about our brand, products, and the quality that sets us apart.
• Sales: Achieve top-line sales and bottom-line profit targets by increasing the sqm productivity for your store - through a clear focus on leading by example "best sales people on the floor"
• Visual Merchandising: Supervise that all merchandise processes are followed by the commercial team member, ensuring the store is always presented at its best.
• Stock Management: Assist when needed in making sure that all merchandise is made available on shop floor daily.
• Steer the recruiting: retaining and training of top-quality retail personnel across all positions in the store.
   

Qualifications:

• Previous Store Manager experience preferred.
• Passion for fashion and a strong sense of personal style.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, in Swedish and English language.
• Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new things!
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
