Your tasks

  • You will develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition, retention and reactivation through different communication channels (Email, App and Print).
  • You manage flawless, on-time and high impact campaign execution along complete consumer journey with objective to drive activation and loyalty; Focus on email newsletter, consumer lifecycle automation, trigger mails and app communication
  • You manage segmentation, control groups and implement test plans to understand drivers of response and lifecycle value for Email, App and Print communication
  • You will develop and implement various campaign ideas that lead to an increase of digital available customers to maximize all customer growth opportunities
  • You create personalized and dynamic content to maximize customers engagement
  • You will work closely together with our Customer Experience Team to align on new concepts
  • You lead the alignment between the internal Go-To-Market team and external agencies for a flawless campaign execution
  • Continuous monitoring and improvement of performance: develop core KPIs, ensure ROI from all communications and report campaign results regularly including recommendations to key stakeholders
  • You'll coordinate closely with our internal and external creative departments to get the assets needed for brand partner campaigns
  • Create, manage and improve templates, content blocks and journey automations according to customer and marketing needs (insights into action)


Your skills

  • You have more than 2 years of experience in marketing automations, e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • You have a bachelor's/master's degree in business, marketing or a comparable educational qualification
  • You have hands-on experience with SQL
  • Advanced knowledge in HTML and Amp script
  • You have advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel
  • You have advanced experience in data visualization tools, e.g. PowerBI, Adobe Analytics
  • You have strong project management skills (experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban preferrable), stakeholder management
  • You have a strong analytical, data driven mindset and are comfortable working with customer-related data and KPIs such as Opening Rate, Click Rate, Conversion Rate
  • You have a very good command of the English and German language
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and are able to work cross-functionally
  • You are solution oriented
