Your tasks 

  • You drive and develop future Esprit member acquisition and retention strategy in terms of loyalty program awareness, members’ communication and loyalty benefits 

  • You execute various campaigns (end to end, omnichannel) based on customer activation calendar leading to improved customer experience with every campaigns 

  • You design and deliver various customer lifecycle communication in close collaboration with brand marketing, digital content team, and CRM campaign managers 

  • You design various customer surveys benefitting Esprit to learn more about the customers and the markets 

  • You own some of the customer journey process end to end – journey mapping, improvement opportunities, execution of plan, and follow-up on learning and further improvements 

  • You monitor and improve the core KPIs : Customers net promoter score (NPS), Customer lifetime value, CRM return on investment (ROI), and number of active12 members 

 

Your skills  

  • You have a degree in business, marketing or similar education with at least 3 years’ experience in CRM / Loyalty programs/Digital marketing 

  • You have experience in Project Management and multi-channel communication 

  • You have a track record in improving customer value 

  • You have a well-developed analytical ability 

  • You have proficient command of English and fluent command of spoken and written German 

  • You can understand and grasp concepts quickly 

  • You have a hands-on mentality and a solutions and focused way of working 

  • You have a good business acumen and attention to detail 

  • You have experience with salesforce marketing cloud, Figma, and Miro would be an advantage
