Digital Analytics Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks 

  • You support the digital analytics team with focus on daily analysis and optimization of store and app data
  • You analyze and monitor all relevant areas of our digital touchpoints (product pages, shopping cart, checkout) and KPIs (e.g. traffic, conversion) in terms of performance and functionality
  • You continuously develop the dashboarding for the eCommerce management team
  • You use the conversion funnel to identify optimization potential along the customer journey
  • You support the product owners and the Test&Learn team in the execution of A/B tests and the analysis of the customer journey / conversion funnel / campaigns in the omnichannel environment
  • You challenge all eCommerce departments based on the data to get one step better every day
  • You support the development of analytics expertise in other teams

Your skills

  • You have a degree with several years of professional experience or a comparable education 
  • You have project management experience 
  • You are a web analytics expert and have many years of tracking experience
  • You have in-depth knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics, as well as initial experience with GA4
  • You have in-depth knowledge of tag management, especially TealiumIQ
  • You have good knowledge of online marketing and internet technologies, as well as up-to-date knowledge of browser and content/data protection developments
  • You have strong analytical skills and a high level of self-motivation
