Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the disciplinary and technical lead of the 8-person e-Commerce Operations Team
  • You ensure the operating business and the strategic development of the e-Commerce / B2C logistics, omnichannel B2C Customer Care Center, Omnichannel Financial Services and Omnichannel Services
  • You and your team support the interface function in the realization of new processes and projects (e.g. Marketing & Sales, Photostudio, Merchandise Management, B2C Technology Team and B2B Logistics)
  • You are responsible for a budget in the 2-digit million range and responsible for continuous cost and performance optimization
  • You monitor all of the relevant KPIs and determine future actions
  • You are responsible for the continuous increase of the customer satisfaction through “Best in Class Operations”


Your skills

  • You have a degree in the field of economics or a comparable field with broad experience in a comparable position
  • You have deep experience in business requirements of the e-Commerce / B2C Logistic, the Omnichannel B2C Customer Care Center, the Omnichannel Financial Services and the Omnichannel Service
  • You have a hands-on mentality and a solutions- and focused way of working
  • You have deep experience in the field of management, development and motivation of teams
  • You have experience to lead and integrate teams across all sites
  • You are characterized by your structured and analytical way of thinking
