Marketing Cloud Developer (m/f/d)

Your tasks


  • You will be the primary system administrator for the Salesforce (Marketing Cloud) environment
  • You will handle functional & technology design including implementation / coordinating the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests
  • You will be responsible for hands-on solution design, prototyping and proof-of-concepts
  • You will perform day-to-day administrative functions including general configuration, user account maintenance, workflow, user support, and other routine tasks
  • You regularly perform internal system audits and prepare for the three annual Salesforce updates
  • You continuously improve the platform to enable growth and go to market
  • You manage data models, import processes, and automations
  • You support use case and business unit rollouts
  • You identify and mitigate risks in processes and technology
  • You will provide subject matter expertise, technical leadership, and risk assessment in support of development projects

Your sklills


  • You have a degree in Computer Science / Business Information Systems or an equivalent qualification with at least 3 years of relevant technical experience in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud space
  • You have a strong technical understanding of template technologies for web and emailing
  • You have a strong understanding of CRM related processes and definition of customer journeys
  • You have experience in project management
  • You are service oriented, have strong communication skills and are able to manage multiple projects in parallel
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English 
  • You have knowledge in MS Excel and SQL
