We are looking for

Merchandise Manager Licenses (m/f/d)  

to support our Team. (ID 24641) 


Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the merchandise management of Esprit licensed products for European retail, the e-shop and for one or more product categories
  • You take care over the planning of the purchase and the independent preparation in cooperation with the retail trade and take over the inventory management (NOOS and Fashion)
  • You are the contact person when it comes to filling assortment gaps, restocking, initiating discounts, managing returns and promotions
  • You will prepare ongoing analyses and reports on sales performance as well as for the development and implementation of measures to increase sales and compensate for lost sales in the e-shop and EU retail with regard to current market needs
  • You are responsible for ensuring the integration of licensed products into the marketing activities for the e-shop and retail stores
  • You develop and optimize presentation concepts for EU retail in coordination with visual merchandising, architecture and retail management
  • You take care over regular visits to the country markets to optimize the categories in your area of responsibility
  • You communicate with the license partners (or their distributors) regarding product availability, delivery dates, special articles, master data and possible quality problems 


Your skills

  • You have a degree in business administration with extensive professional experience in a comparable position
  • You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and are also familiar with SAP
  • You have knowledge about goods and products 
  • You have experience with Kids Apparel
  • Ideally, you also have experience in purchasing / order management
  • You have a feeling for trends
  • You are a good communicator and also have good English skills
