Your tasks

  • You know that finding suitable clothing in the e-commerce fashion industry is a challenging topic. Returns are part of the business and yet you are highly motivated to reduce the return volume in terms of sustainability
  • You are responsible for the optimization of our return rates as well as related KPIs and support the permanent management, control and further development of the necessary processes
  • You conceptualize and initiate the introduction of new solutions (processes, systems and tools) to optimize our return rates, always keeping our end customers in mind
  • You develop, implement and optimize our analysis and reporting tools together with our internal analysts in order to increase the transparency of the corresponding KPIs and to make intelligent decisions
  • You prepare analyses and develop recommendations for actions to constantly improve day-to-day business in terms of productivity and profitability
  • You establish continuous feedback loops with all involved interfaces (e.g. logistics, CRM, customer service, IT, product, etc.) and ensure a smooth exchange of information
  • You work closely with external service providers and different internal teams and are contact person and interface in equal measure
  • You are responsible for the continuous and sustainable optimization of our return volumes with the vision to operate the "Best in Class e-Commerce" for Esprit.

Your skills

  • You have a degree in economics or a comparable education with a focus on e-commerce or textile and apparel management
  • You see yourself as a digital all-rounder and are passionate about innovative ideas, modern technologies and trends in e-commerce.
  • You have already gained some professional experience, preferably in e-commerce (B2C) and/or in the fashion/lifestyle environment.
  • You have a good understanding of data, system interrelationships, business-relevant processes and dependencies and have already gained initial project experience
  • You have analytical and conceptual skills as well as the ability to implement your ideas and you know how to inspire others for your topics.
  • You have business knowledge, especially about KPIs in the areas of e-commerce and returns as well as a data-driven mindset
  • You have a hands-on mentality and a solution- and goal-oriented way of working
  • You like to work in interdisciplinary teams, are structured and have a quick grasp of things
