Your tasks

  • You act as Product Owner for the technical CRM landscape at ESPRIT, including infrastructure, architecture, data, tools and act as main contact person
  • You support (consultation, project management) all relevant business departments and suppliers to ensure a holistic experience of ESPRIT’s loyalty program
  • You define concepts to further optimize/extend the experience of ESPRIT’s loyalty program and manage these initiatives from the idea over pilot to rollout
  • You lead the agile process of optimizing the CRM landscape to follow ‘test and learn’ principles
  • You manage projects to further optimize the use of our customer data / behavioral data to extend and increase the relevance of our customer communication (e.g. projects in the areas of personalization or CDP)
  • You are  steering of "make or buy" decision processes to develop the most economically feasible and sustainable solution for Esprit
  • You monitor all relevant CRM related KPIs as basis for ideation of initiatives to bring ESPIRT’s loyalty program to the next level
  • You are always in front of new market trends concerning the development of the (technical) CRM setup

 

Your skills

  • You have a bachelor / master’s degree in business, marketing or similar education and at least 3 years’ experience in the area of CRM
  • You have a track record in project management, agile project methodologies and lean startup in product development
  • You have experience with direct marketing/CRM technologies is mandatory
  • You have experience in working and further developing Salesforce products (f.i. Marketing Cloud)
  • You have experience with cloud setup especially Microsoft Azure and Databricks
  • You have basic experiences with SQL as a plus
  • You have a proficient command of English
  • You are customer obsessed and have an analytical, data driven way of work
  • You have talent to handle different opinions and perspectives to best
