Your tasks

  • You are responsible for the workflow and collaboration tools at Esprit - such as Jira, Confluence, Teams, Sharepoint online and Helpdesk ticketing tool.
  • You are responsible for troubleshooting all incidents related to these tools
  • You will be responsible for handling all related incidents and requests, you will also be responsible for monitoring, assessing and escalating tickets 
  • You are responsible for documenting processes and technical configurations
  • You are responsible for analyzing requirements and defining and visualizing possible technical solutions in coordination with users and IT colleagues
  • Developing and executing test cases based on process scenarios and use cases
  • You are responsible for the transfer of new solutions into operation
  • You will take on proactive operational tasks (e.g. application, service, interface and system monitoring) and reactive operational tasks and will be responsible for ensuring the stable operation of the application landscapes

 

Your skills

  • You have a degree in computer science / business informatics with initial work experience in a comparable position alternatively, you are an IT specialist combined with professional training and with broad work experience in a comparable position or similar
  • You have practical expertise in securing, testing, operating and optimizing IT applications and can ideally also program
  • You are familiar with cybersecurity management, data protection, and software licenses
  • You have good knowledge and experience with Atlassian and Microsoft 365 products such as Jira, Confluence, Teams and Sharepoint online
  • You have a good working knowledge of helpdesk/service desk tickets and asset management tools and of at least two client operating systems 
  • You ideally have basic knowledge of Apple hardware and software
  • You have knowledge of IT project methodologies, have analytical skills and are a team player
  • You are business fluent in German and English
