Sales Manager Satellite Markets (m/f/d)  

to support our Team. Your work location is flexible, so you could work in our showrooms in Munich, Ratingen, Hamburg or Amsterdam. (ID 22383)


Your tasks

  • You create and negotiate the annual budget with all partners for the corresponding European/Asian territories 
  • You conduct monthly and annual meetings with the customers
  • You sell the monthly collection during the order in our European Esprit showrooms or online and implement the uniform Esprit buying / selling strategy in Season Management
  • You build new customer relationships and you are responsible for strategic market share development - expansion
  • You are in charge of the budget
  • You maintain and ensure Esprit space standards at our partners and coach the sales staff
  • You are responsible for the NOS management and for the remarketing of stock goods via the B-Shop
  • You are responsible for a profitable use of the returns budget within the territory
  • You take part in the collection launch and other order-relevant meetings in our European showrooms - About 4 times a year for 2 to 3 weeks
  • You create collection expectation and collection feedback for the product teams 
  • You perform continuous analysis of sales data, related to best/worst sellers and product group shares in relation to POS
  • You are responsible for market analysis with regard to competitors and industry trends


Your skills

  • What you should bring with you
  • You have a job-specific training or a completed, state-recognized degree (textile-related or business studies) and several years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • You have a sound knowledge of the industry as well as of countries and markets
  • You have good knowledge of key business figures (turnover, stock turnover rate/frequency, inventory, contribution margin, etc.)
  • You are fluent in English - further language skills are advantageous
  • You have Microsoft Office user skills
  • You have knowledge in order entry systems 
  • You have SAP BI knowledge
  • You are a strong communicator
  • You have a flair for product presentation
  • You have a high willingness to travel
  • You have a class B driver's license
