Your responsibilities

  • You analyze and monitor all relevant areas of our digital contact points (product pages, shopping cart, checkout) and KPIs (e.g. response time, traffic, conversion) with regard to performance and functionality
  • You continuously develop the dashboarding for the eCommerce management team
  • Based on the conversion funnel, you show optimization potential along the customer journey
  • You support the product owners and the Test & Learn Team in the implementation of A / B tests and the analysis of the customer journey / conversion funnel / campaigns in an omnichannel environment
  • You challenge all eCommerce departments based on the data to get one step better every day
  • You support the development of analytics know-how in other team

 

Your skills

  • You have a degree (e.g. business administration, mathematics, business informatics, etc.) or a comparable education with several years of professional experience in a similar position
  • You have good knowledge of data analysis and statistics
  • You have good experience with Adobe Analytics or Exactag
  • You have already gained experience in SQL
  • You have a data driven growth mindset and a hands-on mentality
  • You work in a structured and organized manner and approach challenges analytically
  • You are good at communicating and have business fluency in German and English
