Your responsibilities

  • You support the Head of e-Commerce Operations in monitoring, control and the continuous development of the Omnichannel Operations, with a strong focus on logistics operations, Customer Service and Payment
  • You manage interdisciplinarily projects in the field of e-Commerce and Omnichannel
  • You identify weaknesses and potentials in the complete e-Commerce Value Chain and you are responsible for the initiation and management of cross-field process optimizations
  • You optimize the cost structure, with focus on external service providers
  • You are responsible for the continuous and sustainable optimization of the customer satisfaction, with the vision to offer  “Best in Class Operations”
  • You are responsible for the monitoring and controlling of all projects in the e-Commerce Area

 

Your skills

  • You have a degree in economics or a comparable field, combined with several years of experience in a comparable position
  • You have deep experience in the realization and management of complex projects
  • You have experience in the management of external service providers
  • You could gain experience in the optimization and management of a semi-automative e-Commerce warehouse
  • You have a hands-on mentality and a solutions and focused way of working
  • You are characterized by your structured and analytical way of thinking
  • You have strong communication skills and you are able to motivate internal and external teams
  • You have strong interest in innovative retail concepts and modern technology
