We are looking for

Business Intelligence Manager (Central China)

to support our Team.

 

 

 

 

What you’ll do:

 

 

  • Business Intelligence:
    • Use the systems available to gather and analyze business data, prepare and present solutions to improve operational efficiency, net sales and overall profitability.
    • Be the link between the operations teams and the support office, providing solutions to ensure that company strategies are executable on the front line.
    • Filter and measure for accuracy store based feedback and determine solutions to respond and improve in association with the office teams.

 

  • Reporting:
    • Provide on a regional level Daily/Weekly/Monthly KPI reports in relation to all relative areas of the business.
    • Provide support during budgeting and forecasting of but not limited to net sales and personnel costs.

 

  • Operations:
    • Be the go to colleague for the operations teams and other departments to workshop solutions and provide implementation support for related initiatives.
    • Support with weekly KPI review and follow up of focus locations.
    • Support operations with man power planning and optimization based on the business needs using all available data resources and retail logic.
    • KPI target setting.
    • Support internal auditing, help implement corporate requirements in relation to be but not limited to cash management, stock organization and esprit friend’s club usage.
    • Provide P+L review support to management, and assist in implementing cost saving initiatives.
    • Personnel Development
    • Hold training sessions/workshops related to all operational efficiency initiatives, supporting area managers with upskilling the front line retail teams.

 

  • Other duties
    • Lead and work on appointed company projects in coordination with the management team.
    • Carry out any other tasks according to the instructions given by management.
