(Agile) Coach (m/f/d) - Futura Hub

Your tasks

  • You train the Esprit Futura Team in the methodology and relating skills, e.g., Design Thinking, Business Model Design, Agile IT-Development and Financial Modeling
  • Increase understanding by training the individuals, the teams and the leaders in Lean and Agile ways of working, in making decisions, in prioritizing and in giving feedback
  • You provide support at different levels, acting as a trainer, an individual coach, a mentor and team coach
  • You facilitate events so that the team can do take ownership as quickly as possible
  • You strengthen the team by making emotional dynamics discussable letting the team learn from their mistakes
  • You increase organizational effectiveness and efficiency 
  • You conduct workshops with the teams (as they become experienced, the teams will conduct occasional workshops themselves)
  • You facilitate collaborative environments like meetings and workshops, and handle dynamic changes in a productive manner


Your skills

  • You have a master's degree or equivalent through experience as (agile) Coach (min. 4 years)
  • You have a good knowledge of relevant agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Rapid Prototyping)
  • You have deep knowledge of change management  and organizational development 
  • You are a champion for change - fostering a continuous learning environment
  • You are able to operate in an environment of senior stakeholders
  • You are a inspirational speaker, not afraid of giving workshops to an unknown audience and to large group
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English
