We are looking for

Retail Operations Project Manager (m/f/d)   

to support our Team. (ID 21086) 

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for one or more specific retail projects
• You coordinate the internal resources and third parties to ensure optimal execution of the project
• You develop the scope and objectives of the project with the involvement of all relevant people and departments
• You will ensure that all projects are completed on time and within the defined scope and budget
• You will be responsible for ensuring resource availability and resource allocation
• You will develop a detailed project plan to track the progress of the project
• You resolve conflicts and make difficult decisions regarding the project
• You will use the required review process to manage changes to the scope, schedule, and cost of the project
• You are responsible for reporting regarding required decisions and escalation in this regard
• You create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• You are responsible for the regular data analysis as well as making decisions that have an impact on the project

Your skills

• You have a degree in business administration or similar qualification with wide professional experience in a comparable position
• You have excellent knowledge of retail processes and retail management
• You have experience in an international retail environment and project work
• You are fluent in written and spoken English, knowledge of French is an advantage
• You have Microsoft Office user skills
• You are characterized by strong analytical skills, problem solving skills and communication skills
• You are good at self-management, time management and conflict management
• You are willing to travel
