We are looking for


Digital Performance Social Media Manager (m/f/d)

to support our Team.

 

 

What you'll do:

 

  • As part of the overall Digital Marketing strategy, implement a Social Media Strategy that maximize Esprit’s brand awareness as well as drives sales for Esprit’s own ecommerce
  • Set up, steer, and optimize paid social campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.
  • Work with Facebook, first and third party data, create and test custom audiences with help of the latest best-in-class technology and experiment with innovative display and video formats
  • Monitor the campaign performance in detail to ensure a holistic view of the customer journey, run and evaluate the campaigns with Esprit’s Attribution Model
  • Implement a pool of unique targeting mixing
  • Manage the creatives for each campaign from assets planning, creation and final approval
  • Implement Social Media Performance actions that leverage besides ecommerce also Esprit’s retail business
  • Build a strong relationship with all Partners (Facebook, Google, YouTube, Sprinklr etc.)
  • Work closely with the Media Agency that is responsible for all Display incl. Programmatic Campaigns
  • Continuously do a market and competitor analysis
  • Work closely with the Social Media Team in the Consumer Communication department as well as with the functions CRM, Marketing Technology, Business Development
  • Work on dedicated projects in the Digital Performance Marketing team to optimize our Data Driven Marketing approach

 

Here's what you'll need:

 

  • Degree in marketing and/or communication or degree in business administration alternatively comparable university degree - each with professional experience in a comparable position
  • Good understanding of social media
  • Proficient command of English and German
  • IT Skills:
    • MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint)
    • Knowledge and experience with an Attribution model for an ecommerce business is an additional plus
    • Understanding of social platforms ecosystems formats, targeting options, tracking tool, reporting interface – creativity
  • Goal oriented way of working
  • Analytical understanding
  • Knowledge of ins and outs of online customer acquisition, conversion and performance marketing
  • Ability to get conversion optimization to a new all-time high by testing through A/B and multivariate experiment
  • Passionate for fashion, content and storytelling 
  • Understanding of social platforms ecosystems formats, targeting options, tracking tool, reporting interface
