Human Ressources

As a key component of employee well-being, the Human Resource Department is the heart and soul of the company. HR works closely together with various business teams to help shape each Department based on their unique focus. As part of the HR Department, you play an integral role of ensuring that business needs are met, while aligning with company strategy and fostering professional development. You will experience various responsibilities in HR and contact to all Departments. In this role, you will cooperate particularly closely with recruiting, the management team, IT systems, Esprit Cares, employer branding, Retail center management, as well as other service companies, universities and schools.
