Store Managers at Esprit motivate and lead the Retail Team at their specific Store location, develop Store strategies, and optimize customer visits, conduct purchases and ensure Store profitability. As a Store Manager you are able to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, Store presentation and a helpful staff.

Your role as Assistant Store Manager is to lead, direct and motivate the Sales Team. Together with the Store Manager, you will revise and implement the Store’s Sales strategy plans to generate Sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets. You and your Team will provide a professional and excellent level of customer service.

As a Sales Associate, you are responsible for optimal customer service. You are passionate about nurturing relationships with existing and new customers. Being the first face-to-face contact with the customer, your task is to actively address the customer and offer him or her authentic consultation. Our customers should feel comfortable and well advised.
