Key Responsibilities:

• Support Merchandise Manager: Collaborate on day-to-day tasks and contribute to collection development.

• Data Management: Ensure accurate, up-to-date line plans and seamless communication of product changes via sales memos.

• Sample Oversight: Organize and manage salesman samples, aiding in data analysis and market research efforts.

• Meeting Coordination: Play a pivotal role in orchestrating essential product presentations and meetings.

Qualification Profile:

• Passion for Fashion: Embrace the world of fashion with enthusiasm and an affinity for style that aligns with Esprit's identity.

• Relevant Experience: Ideally, bring 1-2 years of fashion industry experience, demonstrating your familiarity with industry dynamics and trends.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for efficient data and document management.

• Organizational Prowess: Strong organizational skills to maintain structured projects, samples, and information.

• Effective Communication: Fluent in English with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Attention to Detail: Display a high level of precision and analytical skills to handle data and uncover valuable insights.
