Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) 27102.
 

Your Tasks 

• Develop trusted relationships and two-way engagement with business partners (hiring managers, country HR) to understand business priorities, roles, and talent needs for the Netherlands
• Own the end-to-end recruiting process from posting job advertisements to offer negotiation for all kinds of roles - currently for our Design and Back Office function roles 
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruiting needs in order to create and execute an effective hiring strategy
• Be the key contact for our candidates, in order to ensure a positive candidate journey
• Liase with the Recruiting team in Germany for all Talent Acquisition initiatives and with the local HR department
• Stay up to date on industry trends within Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding topics

Your Skills

• Degree in business administration, psychology, comparable education with a focus on recruiting activities
• 2-3 years of professional experience in full-cycle in-house recruiting
• Good understanding of candidate journey, selection and interviewing processes
• Analytical and conceptual skills as well as the ability to implement ideas and ability to inspire others
• Good communication skills
• A good command of Dutch is a must and fluent in English
• Experience in Dutch labour law
