Position Overview: As a Store Manager at Esprit, you'll lead all store operations to achieve sales targets, deliver exceptional service, and uphold brand standards. Your role involves managing the team, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the store leader in all relevant work.

• Sales and Performance: Develop strategies to meet sales goals, analyze performance data, and motivate the team to excel in customer service and sales.

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor staff to deliver outstanding service and foster a positive team culture.

• Operations: Oversee inventory, maintain store presentation, and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, build customer relationships, and stay informed about industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail management experience, preferably in fashion.
• Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
