About the Role


ESPRIT is seeking an Associate Digital Designer, reporting into the Senior Art Director and VP of Global Digital Creative, with a focus on executing global digital campaigns across site, email, paid media, and organic social, as well as developing innovative, best-in-class user experiences and design systems. This role will contribute to elevating and innovating on the brands expression and business objectives.


As a core member of the brand’s Digital Creative team, this role will be primarily involved in establishing a global digital design system, as well as crafting campaign site experiences, research and design for emails, promotional assets, digital marketing campaigns, and innovative UX-led projects. They will be responsible for rapidly iterating and refining design conceptsfrom initial briefing through final delivery.


The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and able to think big picture without losing sight of the daily needs of brand operations and marketing needs. They are an outstanding creative storyteller who shows excitement for digital thinking in everything they do.


Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the creative, marketing and copy teams to ensure consistent, clear communication of the ESPRIT brand across our digital touchpoints; including .com, email, paid media and social media campaigns, reporting into the Sr. Digital Art Director and VP of Global Digital Creative.
  • Help develop and execute product and marketing focused concepts in partnership with ESPRIT digital creative and marketing teams.
  • Partner with copy to create product stories and mini-sites.
  • Explore and present new design ideas to the brand creative team.
  • Assist in the development of Esprit global design patterns and templates across devices and channels.
  • Partner with the production team to develop and QA site updates and refreshes on
  • Deliver creative assets that consistently reflect the brand’s visual identity and DNA
  • Own and collaborate on work through a project lifecycle, including: concept, rapid prototyping, refinement and delivery
  • Serve as daily support in navigating and synthesizing creative feedback, adhering to timelines, balancing priorities and refining strategies
  • Liaise with production and marketing teams through lifecycle of projects

Your Skills and Competencies

  • 3-4 years of design experience at a digital agency or brand (fashion, retail or beauty a plus)
  • College degree; BA or BFA preferred in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Interactive Design or related
  • A compelling portfolio of distinctive work that reflect your potential and past experience
  • Proficient in Figma
  • Established experience in Adobe CS Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro; After Effects preferred
  • Familiarity with Keynote and Powerpoint are a plus
  • Experience developing motion graphics and animation for the digital space a plus.
  • Working knowledge of digital design, UX, UI, front-end development, and design principles.
  • Desire to constantly explore and adapt to emerging digital trends and design principles.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to clearly and articulately explain your rationale and evoke excitement with your recommendations
  • Strong organizational skills, keen eye for detail, and ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Skilled at working cross-functionally—especially with marketing and ecommerce
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment where deadlines, priorities, and initiatives pivot frequently

Compensation Range: $100,000-$115,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
