Creative Studio Production & Operation 
Development and implementation of a comprehensive photography, videography and production strategy that reflects Esprit´s brand identity while staying current with the trends and relevant to the target audience. 

Your Tasks
 

• Work closely with the VP Brand & Creative and CBO to manage the creative process for all EMEA marketing photoshoots, including the briefing, review and update process for the brand creative direction. 

• Responsible for planning the campaign budget and image traffic as well as ensuring that the production budgets for the year are set and that the image and video needs for each campaign are determined and aligned with all departments. 

• Operate as production lead, managing the Creative Producer, to support on and off-site shoots. 

• Lead and motivate the e-commerce photo studio team by implementing a creative and collaborative work environment that encourages continuous improvement, excellence, and efficiency. 

• Work closely with the VP Brand & Creative and CBO to develop a unique visual signature for the Esprit´s e-commerce images and videos and final selection of photos for the e-shop together with creative direction. 

• Manage planning and resourcing of the in-house photography studios to drive feasibility, efficiency, and optimization. 

Your Skills

• Master´s degree in marketing and/or communication or similar qualification 

• 8+ years of photography production experience in a photo studio environment, preferably within the apparel retail industry. 

• 8+ years of experience in model/talent sourcing and booking and production relating to photo shoots (location searches, permits, location vehicles, catering etc.)  

• At least 5+ years of experience in retail photography production 

• Contacts and knowledge of EU model agencies 

• Vendor, contract, and usage rights management together with negotiation skills 

• Strong financial reporting skills and experience managing budgets 

• Knowledge of fashion trends and industry dynamics 

• Proficient command of English as well as fluent command of spoken and written German 

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative programs
