We are looking for

Marketing Technology Manager - Digital Analyst (m/f/d)

to support our Team.

 

 

 

 

What you’ll do:

 

  • Evolving technical fundament for web tracking and online marketing
    • Implement and further optimizing analytics and marketing tool-set such as Webtrekk, Google Analytics, adclear, Tealium, conversant
    • Adding and optimizing tracking capabilities to ESPRIT’s online shop, ESPRIT APP & esprit.com
    • Create tracking concepts for new features & APP and define cookie handling
       
  • Creating reports and dashboards to understand consumers‘ behaviour & help business to create more customer loyalty and revenue
    • Traffic analysis, shopping funnel evaluation
    • Performance of shop features, A/B Testing
    • Creating reports for Marketing, CRM and further stakeholders to supporting business development / optimization
    • Recommend actions for optimizing the online-shop based on KPIs
       
  • Monitoring (technical) shop performance
    • Monitoring technical KPIs such as loading times, bounce/exit rates
    • Creating alerts / indicators to spot issues
    • Feedback to product owners/ Digital Experience Managers in order to conduct required changes
       
  • Assure GDPR & e-privacy compliance

    • Implementation of consent layer & management
    • Assuring proper handling of personnel data within analytics landscape
    • Continuous alignment with business and legal to assure compliance to latest legal requirements

 

 

Here’s what you’ll need:

 

  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Tool proficiency in e.g. Webtrekk (preferred), Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
  • Strong technical understanding of web & native app landscape and tools
  • Outstanding analytical skills
  • Experience in establishing Big data in a omni-channel environment
  • Experience in project management
  • Entrepreneurial spirit in building up internal center of excellence for web analysis
  • Strong knowledge in MS Excel
  • Qlik View, SQL optional
  • Service – oriented, strong communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects in parallel
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
