Main responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the creation, management and optimisation of our SEA campaigns on Google and Bing for the entire European e-shop of Esprit with a high degree of responsibility and autonomy according to the defined KPIs
  • You optimise the daily workflow of our SEA agency through mentoring and motivation, providing regular feedback and acting as a role model
  • You make sure that the revenue goals with dedicated ROAS targets in the International webshops SEA channels are met
  • You ensure a holistic overview of the managed customer journey and evaluation of campaigns using Esprit's attribution model (based on Exactag implementation
  • You are driving the expansion of SEA and developing innovative buying and search strategies to optimise and expand our SEA activities (based on A/B testing and evaluation of new advertising opportunities)
  • Being the owner and develop internaling dashboards and reporting for SEA in Excel, PowerBI and DataStudio
  • You monitor the success of campaigns based on reporting and analysis 

 

Your skills

  • You have a university or college degree in Marketing / data-driven marketing / Media (or related field of study), alternatively, relevant professional experience
  • You have several years of experience in managing high-volume search campaigns preferably within a high-growth company or on agency/platform side
  • You have excellent knowledge of technologies used in the SEA context (SEMrush, Google Sheets, Excel, smart bidding, etc.)
  • Ideally, you have used project management tools such as JIRA.
  • You make decisions based on rational reasoning and data
  • You feel comfortable using both qualitative and quantitative data to validate hypotheses and drive decisions
  • You have a highly analytical & data-driven mindset with an ability to understand trends while looking at data
  • You have a hands-on mentality with the willingness to multi-task to get things done and the ability to work independently and self-directed
  • You are fluent in English (written and verbal) and experience in running SEA campaigns in foreign languages is an advantage
  • You have excellent communication skills with the ability to influence
