Your tasks

  • You are strategically and operationally responsible for the Omnichannel Payment & Fraud area
  • You are responsible for the management, control and permanent development of the eCommerce payment processes on the basis of KPIs and in close cooperation with external service providers and internal specialist departments
  • You are part of cross-departmental projects on the subject of Payment & Fraud (e.g. introduction of new payment methods, implementing new collection partners, fraud systems, ...)
  • You are responsible for setting up the omnichannel payment processes and developing an Esprit wallet
  • You are responsible for the continuous development and control of the current payment mix with the aim of optimizing the conversion rate and increasing sales
  • You support the evaluation, control, coordination and selection of all external payment service providers
  • You are in close contact with our partners and work on expanding the current reporting through to seamless payment reporting
  • You are responsible for the continuous and sustainable optimization of customer satisfaction with the vision of operating the "Best in Class Payment & Fraud" for Esprit


Your skills

  • You have a degree in economics with a focus on finance management or a comparable training combined with several years of professional experience in the field of payment / fraud in the e-commerce and / or omnichannel environment
  • You have many years of experience in the implementation and management of complex projects and experience in the management of external service providers
  • You have a strong commercial and technical understanding of linking the channels online and offline
  • You have a hands-on mentality and a solution and goal-oriented way of working
  • You are characterized by your structured and analytical way of thinking
  • You are strong in communication and you are able to motivate both external and internal teams
  • You have a high level of interest in innovative retail concepts, modern technologies and trends in retail as well as enthusiasm for the areas of e-commerce and omnichannel
