We are looking for

Assistant Storemanager  

to support our Team. (ID 20281)




The Assistant Store Manager participates in the realization of the store's business objectives and guarantees optimal customer service under all circumstances, in alignment with the brand's standards and values.


Missions :


1. Sales and analysis

  • Welcomes the customers and applies sales techniques.
  • Ensures the best "customer service" by focusing on the store's "commercial procedures" (experience, product and VM standards) and ensuring that all procedures and objectives are met.
  • Achieves the objectives of turnover and net profit by developing the m2 performance of the store.
  • Analyzes the KPI’s (IPT-APT-CR, productivity of the team against turnover) and implements all the measures allowing the development of the turnover.


2. Management

  • Ensures the management of the team in all its aspects (schedules, organizations, training, motivation, team development, etc.), so that each member of the team reflects the values ​​of the company.
  • Assists the Store Manager in all his missions, first of all team management and secondly also administrative and operations tasks (VM, stock, cash, etc.)
  • Ensures the knowledge and application by all employees of the guidelines, instructions and procedures (health and safety, financial procedures, etc.)
  • Participates in the preparation of daily schedules (team planning, zoning, tasks and missions, breaks, etc.) and ensures the application in store.
  • Ensures the link between the team and the Store Manager.
  • Provides support for administrative tasks (follow up working hours,absences etc. in the payroll software, ordering material, etc.)


3. VM, Stock and Cashier Operations

  • Ensures a visual presentation of products by applying VM standards.
  • Offers dynamic merchandise management in collaboration with the in-store team (updates, news, best sellers, promotions, NOOS, stock availability in stores ...) and masters the visual and inventory standards.
  • Ensures the financial procedures cash receipts, returns, reimbursements, cash counting, banking and ensures a rigorous handling of the cash in full compliance of the procedures.



  • Passion for retail and customer service.

  • First experience in a similar position.
  • Passion for fashion and trends – stay on top of the latest trends
  • Organizational and teamwork skills.
  • Good communication and understanding of customer needs.
  • Understanding numbers.
  • Mother tongue or very good knowledge of Dutch
  • A good command of IT tools (SAP, WFM, Microsoft Office, Merchandise Management System, POS System, etc.)
