As a Retail Associate you will work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. Along with directly assisting customers, processing transactions and helping Merchandise the Sales Floor are a key part of your job. A natural ability to promptly resolve customer complaints and spread positive vibes to everyone you encounter is a matter of course for you. And your passion and knowledge of the latest trends give you a natural advantage for going above and beyond the normal call of duty to inspire our customers.
